SUGAR COOKIES

recipe from Alli Meiners

3 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. soft butter
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4- 1 C. sour cream

Cream butter & sugar. Add egg & vanilla. Next add sour cream. Sift remaining ingredients & mix well. Roll to desired thickness & cut out. Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cube butter
