Peanut Butter Fingers

1 c butter
1 1/8 c sugar
1 1/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
**cream really well together than add:
3/4 chunky peanut butter (can use smooth)
1/2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 1/2 c quick oatmeal
**Mix and press in a cookie sheet (spray cookie sheet)I always spray it on my hand and press it down. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. DO NOT overbake

FROSTING:
3/4 c peanut butter (creamy)
1 T cocoa
1 3/4 c powdered sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk (hot..cooked in microwave)
*put frosting on while warm
