Potato Cheese Soup

I got this recipe from my best friend Alli

6 c cubed potatoes
2 c celery finely chopped
2 c carrots (chopped)
1 c onion (chopped)
boil for 15 min

4 chicken boulion cubes
1 tsp basil
4 c water
15 oz cheese wiz
3/4 c flour
3/4 c butter
2 c milk
2 c half and half

In sauce pan melt butter, add flour, cook stirring often, to a light caramel color, Add milk, cheese wiz, and half and half, Stir and cook until thick and creamy, Add vegies to it and mix well.
