5 lb sugar
1 bottle rootbeer extract
5 lb dry ice
3-4 gallons of water
In a 5 gallon container, mix sugar, extract, 3 gallons of water. Stir to mix and dissolve sugar.
Add dry ice and let ice melt, then add more as it finishes to avoid bubbling over the top. takes about 20 to 30 min before it is ready. Stir well.
