saute 1/2 c butter with:
4 sticks of celery chopped
1 sm onion, chopped
1 pkg mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pkg velveeta (I only use 1/2 of a small pkg)
broccoli- frozen, steamed and added last
Mix all together and put on baked potato
