** this recipe is from my SIL's Courtney/Nicole....I am not the biggest fan of german pancakes I will be honest.. But EVERYONE else I know LOVES them...especially my siblings. My kids liked them and that is extremely important...and to my surprise Eric just informed me that he really likes them...ok then...why havent I been making the easiest dinner alive????1 c milk
1 c flour
6 eggs
1/2c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cube of butter ( I use less)
Mix everything (can use a blender) except for butter...you want to put the butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 400 for 15 to 20 min... Serve with syrup or strawberries and cream!
