Banana Cookie with cream cheese frosting

1/2 c butter

1/2 c buttered  flavoring shortening

 Step 1 MIX WELL then add 

1 c sugar

step 2 MIX well 

1 c white bananas 

 step 3 MIX WELL 

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

step 4 MIX WELL

1/2 c buttermilk/or milk

1 tsp. lemon juice

Step 5 mix well then add and don't over beat 

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3 1/4 c flour

bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes

CREAM CHEESE frosting

8 oz pkg cream cheese

1/2 c butter

2 tsp vanilla

5 3/4 to 6 1/4 c powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla with electric mixer until light and fluffy. gradually add 2 c powdered sugar and beat well until consistency.
