Got this recipe from my SIL Courtney!!! It's Eric's Favorite....
1 box cooked coconut cream pudding
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint of heavy cream or it works with half and half
3/4 c sugar
4 tsp of coconut extract
4 c whole milk
