Got this recipe from my friend Ainsle
1-1/4 C Karo Syrup
1 C sugar
Bring these two to a boil, to dissolve sugar, remove from heat
then Add:
1.5 C peanut putter
5-3/4 C Special K cereal
Press into a greased cookie Sheet (don't pack it too tight)
Once it is cooled melt:
3 C chocolate chips
or
2 C chocolate chips and 1 C butterscotch
pour over the top... I like to put it in the freezer afterwards to have it set up fast
