** obviously got this from Nick....I love it when a man tries to make something he just researched to make and he doesnt really cook, but it turns out DIVINE...(its really not fair)! all this prooves is that he can cook...so Jeannette make that guy start cooking dinner for ya! (hehe)
Italian bread (not French)
5 T butter
2 T olive oil
2 garlic pressed or chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 T fresh parsley
sprinkle paparika to cover
Broil on bottom shelf for 5 min
add freshly grated mozzarela cheese and broil for 2 to 3 min on bottom shelf
