1 white cake (bake as directed)
Poke holes and add
Lopez cream of coconut and 1 can sweetened condensed milk (I was unable to get Lopez cream of coconut so I added a coconut sweetened condensed milk found at Walmart.
Make white filling:
Heavy whipping cream 16 oz
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp coconut extract
Top with 2 cups of toasted coconut
1 pint of strawberries
